There are people selling cheap shoes and knockoff clothes everywhere. I bought a pair of shoes because they're so cheap (~$20USD), but the quality was so poor. My feet hurt walking around after wearing them for a few hours. What's the rule? "Don't skimp on anything that separate you from the ground"

FYI, it cost me about $350k dong (~$13USD) to get form the airport to old quarter. This was roughly a 50 minute drive (27km).
